There’s this photo of him and his wife up at the altar…but they’re in chairs and she’s washing his feet. Is that a thing?! Oh and there are pictures of him washing her feet, too.
It’s one thing if it’s like, a beach wedding or a barefoot wedding, but he was wearing socks and shoes! And he had to take them off so he could get his feet washed!
Actually, I understand the socks thing because there’s a picture of him with his groomsmen and they’re all wearing matching argyle socks & pulling their pants up.
But still. The feet washing?! They don’t do that at Greek weddings.
Also…for whatever reason, I have noticed a high correlation between Christianity and love for water sports (“Christian water polo players” is a legit clique at my high school), so such folks will usually have tons and tons of beach/ocean pictures. But then you look at the caption and it says “Baptism” and, I don’t know, it’s just kind of weird. Like I see that as a really private, personal moment, and while sharing it with others doesn’t necessarily make it any less sacred, Facebook just isn’t the right place for it.
